The Brade Drive Retirement complex is currently under construction. This development comprises 100 residential units, a community lounge and open space in the form of a “woodland walk” providing a natural receational amenity. The units are a mixture of two and three-storey apartments and bungalows, all specifically designed for the over fifty-fives. They are located close to significant amenities, including the Asda district centre and major leisure facilities, with ten-pin bowling, bingo, multiplex cinema and a choice of restaurants all within a short distance.
